In 1991 a new venue called Cherry Moon opened it's doors and soon became a breakthrough in the history of nightlife in Belgium.
The well known HOUSE OF HOUSE at Gentsesteenweg 144-Lokeren has hosted for almost 23 years the most wonderful parties inviting the best local and international artists, making of this unique venue the "place to be" and a huge hit in the underground scene.
Artists from all over the world have performed at the Cherry Moon stage together with the best local dj s and artists: Marusha,Westbam, Sven Vath, DJ Hell, Moby, Armand Van Helden, Robert Armani, Jeff Mills, Felix Da Housecat, Ritchie Hawtin, Joey Beltram, John Aquaviva, Derrick May, Kevin Saunderson, Juan Atkins,Mike Dearborn, Green Velvet,Carl Cox, Dave Clark, Mike Dred, Luke Slater, Dave Angel, Laurent Garnier, Oliver le Castor, Tonio, Ken Ishii, Miss Djax, 100% Isis, Michel de Hey, between others.
On Saturday the 1st of February 2014 it will have been 23 years since the very first party at Cherry Moon and so we celebrate this with a bang! We will go back in time for a RETRO celebration that will not be soon forgotten.
Relive the old days of great techno/trance and house music, the unique Cherry Moon atmosphere we all like and the VERY BEST of the public and friends ever that a discotheque can host.For this edition we invites 4 special guests to shake up the foundations of The House Of House together with our all star retro residents:
