Autumn Edition of TRANCEFUSION Brings More World Stars to Prague
While the success of the very first TRANCEFUSION, Prague’s new party format unveiled in late April, is still resonating in our minds, its producers are pleased to announce complete information about the autumn edition of the party, coming up on 8 October 2011, yet again at Prague’s Výstavišt Exhibition Grounds, but this time in the Incheba Arena, which holds as many as 4,000 trance music fans.
The TRANCEFUSION production team is equally happy to announce that the enthusiastically received and ecstatically reviewed new event will be held regularly twice a year. The spring editions will be hosted in the magical premises of the Promyslový Palace, whereas the autumn events will be taking place in the slightly more intimate setting of the neighbouring Incheba Arena.
What are the names that you can already start looking forward to? The line-up is promising and suggests a few wonderful surprises!
Three years ago, fans worldwide were disappointed to learn about the break-up of the legendary American formation of producers GABRIEL & DRESDEN, authors of countless smash hits. It was therefore amid great joy when, late last year, the DJ duo announced their reunion and celebrated their comeback in great style at a New Year’s Eve party in the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. We feel privileged to announce that Prague’s TRANCEFUSION will witness their grand return and we are looking forward to some of their greatest hits!
The next guest of TRANCEFUSION’s autumn edition is GIUSEPPE OTTAVIANI, Italy’s master of music, whom the Czech public adores and whose earlier shows were invariably bringing Czech fans to boiling point. He has been in great demand worldwide for the biggest dance festivals as well as for exclusive club nights. Giuseppe is certain to stir up your emotions.
The next TRANCEFUSION star is MARCEL WOODS, who has been loved by his fans, but perhaps somewhat marginalised by promoters. While fans worldwide have only words of praise for him, he hasn’t visited the Czech Republic in a long while, and so we can’t wait for the return of his absolutely typical sound! Marcel by every right ranks among the world elite – and his performance at the most recent Trance Energy was seen as one of its highlights by clubbers and reviewers alike.
The Czech public will, at long last, have the chance to meet one of the greatest DJ stars of today and Canada’s best-kept secret – ARNEJ. His uncontrolled lift-off among the world elite speaks for itself. Touring the whole American continent, Arnej is performing along with the world’s biggest names in dance music. And, as the Canadian himself says, it is just the beginning. Prague has apparently a lot to look forward to. We can’t be wrong in comparing Arnej’s upcoming first descent on Prague with that of Dash Berlin at last year’s Decadance – the very Dash Berlin who, less than a year later, returned to Prague to adorn TRANCEFUSION as a confirmed world megastar.
And another Czech (and, in fact Central European) first. We are pleased to announce another “dance music missile”, the Russian project MOONBEAM. Their take-off up among the elite has by no means been accidental: their unleashed energy and Russian temperament will absorb you. Loved back at home, they surely are the best ambassadors of Russia, where trance music seems to have taken strong roots.
TRANCEFUSION will also be a Prague first for MAT ZO, a cherished star of the English label Anjunabeats. A protégé of the famous formation Above & Beyond, he is rightly regarded as one of the leading trance music producers and remixers of our day. Matan Zohar, as his full name goes, has found his way to electronic dance music through many different music styles. His sound is unmistakable and we believe that Prague’s clubbers will fall in love with it.
The last name on the entrancing line-up of this autumn’s TRANCEFUSION is that of Norway’s producer BOOM JINX, another “horse” of the Anjunabeats stable, whom the Czech public had the pleasure to meet last year for the first time.
Last but not least, TRANCEFUSION’s autumn edition is presenting two very special live guests. After long years, Prague will welcome one of the world’s best dance music singers, the Englishman CHRISTIAN BURNS, who has sung vocals on a long series of smash hits by DJs such as Tiesto and Armin Van Buuren. Speaking of Van Buuren, Christian is currently touring the world with Armin on his Armin Only tour. And speaking again of Van Buuren, his brother, the guitar magician ELLER VAN BUUREN, will perform for the first time in Prague as TRANCEFUSION’s special guest. Their live acts are not to be missed!
The blend of dance music legends and the hippest names in today’s dance music are promising an unforgettable experience and we believe that the autumn edition of TRANCEFUSION will be just as incredible as its launch night in April.
